NEW! JUST-US Resolution Process (QAP 011)

What is a resolution?

Resolutions are requests written by JUST-US members

to resolve a problem, present an idea for enhancements to a Siemens Enterprise Networks product,

or present an idea for

the development of a new Siemens Enterprise Networks

product.

How do I go about submitting a resolution for

consideration by JUST-US?

You can now submit resolutions on-line. Just click

here to enter the "Resolutions Voting"

section, and enter your user ID.

All resolutions submitted for consideration (whether

they are mailed, faxed, or submitted via the Web site) are posted to

the JUST-US Web site for review.

Resolutions are reviewed both on the Web site and

at the JUST-US annual conference by members who have an interest in

the topic each resolution represents.

How do I know if my resolution is accepted and

submitted to Siemens Enterprise Networks?

NEW! All resolutions are submitted to Siemens for review upon receipt. Siemens Enterprise Networks' response

to each submitted resolution will also be posted on the JUST-US Web

site.

How does Siemens Enterprise Networks respond to resolutions?

After receiving resolutions, Siemens

Enterprise Networks reviews all submitted resolutions and responds

in writing to each resolution within 90 days. The response

describes

how each resolution fits into Siemens Enterprise Networks'

future product plans. Members can review Siemens Enterprise Networks'

response to resolutions year-round on the

JUST-US Web site.

What impact do resolutions have on Siemens Enterprise Networks' future product releases and enhancements?

Siemens Enterprise Networks

recognizes the JUST-US membership as a critical resource base

for feedback

on enhancements and future products. Approximately half of the

resolutions

submitted are accepted and implemented into Siemens Enterprise

Networks' future product plans. Many resolutions become

available in a future product or an enhancement within two

years.

Can I get an electronic listing of all the resolutions?

A list of past resolutions is available on the JUST-US Web site under Resolutions Voting.

These forums offer several categories and discussion threads — which

means that you can pick and choose which discussions you would

quarterly newsletter, Information Exchange, and information

about educational

discounts for JUST-US members. To obtain a members-only

password (for

members only — any number of individuals per company can

participate).

JUST-US LISTSERVER

For additional communications with fellow users,

JUST-US members only are invited to participate in the JUST-US listserver.

A listserver gives individuals who have access to Internet e-mail the

ability to communicate with other members of the listserver using simple

e-mail commands. When you send e-mail to the listserver, your message

is relayed to all the individuals who have subscribed to the list. Currently,

several hundred members participate. This is a great way to share information,

post questions about your business challenges, and communicate with

fellow users from all over the country.

Application is reviewed for approval by JUST-US Board of Directors

Once approved, annual dues are $500 on a calendar basis

2007 Associate member benefits include:

Attendee list from JUST-US Annual Conference (hard copy given onsite; access to mailing list

through third-party mailing house of choice, at sponsor's expense)

5% off all advertising packages and advertising options
